Upon calling staff not helpful or friendly. Left my client in need for weeks without his needs met, while promising him time and again that service would be met at certain times. Not timely, unprofessional.

I order DME for a home care agency and the staff at the College Corner office is excellent! I usually work with Angie who goes out of her way to help even if they don't carry a certain DME item or take a patient's insurance she helps me find who might. All the staff there are very professional, extremely helpful and great customer service. They are awesome with their follow up if needed and deliver items ordered as soon as possible and much quicker than other DME suppliers. I would definitely recommend this company!

Marcy is extremely rude - she barked on the phone! Get some manners! You are working with people - have some customer service skills. They said they would instal the bed rails and instead dumped on the porch. Said they would call 30 minutes before install - no call
