New Elements Water Softening

We had some problems with our RO, but New Elements helped resolve the issue and now we have pleny of great tasting water! I highly recommend their services.

Very polite and knowledgeable. Got me a good working system for less than everyone else quoted and it's a better softening system than I was shown elsewhere. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had been renting a softener from a different company for 9 years. The last year we noticed the water wasn't as soft as it used to be. Took water samples in 3 different times and they kept insisting the softener was working fine but we knew it wasn't. We decided it was time for a change and after searching the internet we decided to call New Elements because of all of the 5 star reviews. From the moment I called it has been an extremely positive experience. Alexa was very helpful and informative and best of all no pressure selling tactics. She scheduled an appointment for the following week with Matt. Matt arrived on time and after spending about a half hour with him we were sold. On a side note our rescue dog Molly fell in love with Matt so that sealed the deal. Alexa scheduled the install and Matt and Jon arrived on time and went right to work. Matt and Jon are hard working young men and did a great job with the install and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything we needed to know about the softener and warranty. We could taste the difference in the water before they left. Alexa, Matt and Jon know the true meaning of customer service. So if you're looking to install a new water softener or replace your current water softener call New Elements and talk to Alexa. You won't be sorry.
