Epic Limo

Ive used Epic for years and its consistently below expectations. Ive had late drivers, drivers not show up and Im always waiting for them for 10 minutes + at the airport. That could be OHare issues mixed with a bad process but its not a great experience. Their car quality is fine and most drivers are very polite. Theyre not a 1 star but not sure theyre a 3.

I booked the limo bus for a 12 person wine tasting trip. Apparently there was a miscommunication between the driver and the office about the time our trip ended. Prior to the trip I sent them our itinerary- with timing and our reservation time. We got on the bus after our third stop assuming we were going to the forth reservation, but the driver just started driving us back to our house without saying anything. I asked where we were going, he said the time is up so I'm taking you back- I told him that wasn't right, that I had discussed/emailed the plans with the office. His next response, was well this is what it says on my phone and I have another limo group I have to get to. He dropped us off and sped away. I also asked our driver to give us a heads up when we had about 10 minutes before we needed to leave. He never did this. And in fact when I rounded up our group to go to the second stop he was parked down in the parking area chatting with another driver. I've planned over 20 wine trips around the country, and I've never had a driver do these things. I called the office several times and was told a manager would contact me, of course they never did.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to/from Niagara Falls. Epic Limo lived up to its reputation in exemplary style. Both drivers were extremely accommodating and our family enjoyed the stress-free journey. We wont hesitate to do it all again!

We used Epic for a pick-up from the Airport! They were absolutely fantastic to work with. Our flight was cancelled due to weather, so we had to stay overnight in FL. Then the following day, our flight was delayed 3x. It was such a mess, but Epic stayed in constant communication with my husband and I. They tracked our flight number and helped put our mind at ease about being pickup on time. When we finally arrived in Chicago, our driver was already there waiting for us. Our Driver was Mitchell - he and my husband had a great conversation all the way back home! It was such a great experience! We will definitely use this company in the future!
