I can’t say enough good things about Jon Wolf. He sold 2 of our homes, my mom’s home and my brother-in-law’s home. He also helped us purchase a new home. Downsizing from 8400 sq ft with indoor pool to a retirement size 1800 sq ft home being built. Needed a real estate agent up to the task with a specialty niche large home. and made some queries. My builder (our 3rd project together) highly recommended Jon Wolf. His name came up very positively in other query responses. So we sat down with Jon at our home and chatted for an hour after a tour. It was very clear to my wife and I that he would be a GREAT fit for our style and needs in an agent. We certainly made a wise decision. The listing he created, attention to detail, and suggestions along the way such as only pre-qualified buyers and in managing the offers we received really paid off in both time and final price. We had an unusual situation due to Covid and needed an agent to go above and beyond.. and Jon did that for us!! He found some houses for us to look at online and then went with a family friend to view the houses in person. He was in touch with us multiple times throughout the day and made sure we were comfortable with the entire process! He set us up with a great mortgage company who gave us a fantastic rate. He’s very professional, and gets back to you very quickly!! When we sell this house we will be using Jon again:)
