        I explained I had an emergency situation and needed someone out ASAP! He said he would come out late afternoon and call me a few hours before to give me an exact time. I waited until 5pm called him back and he didn't answer and he also never showed up! I then had to call another company who thankfully came out last minute but it came with a hefty price!

        Called him about a possible septic issue. Said he would be out first thing in the morning. Never showed. Called at noon. Made up a bs excuse about losing our address. Said he would be over soon. Never showed. I took time off from work for nothing.
