We had a great experience remodeling our two bathrooms with Michael! We redid the entire layout of our bathroom in our 125 year old house. Michael was very patient with my many questions, worked hard and with great skill and even finished ahead of schedule! I can’t recommend them enough and am so happy with how everything turned out. My husband and I are very happy with the final product for our two-bathroom remodel, which involved retiling a shower and two floors, painting, and installing new vanities and fixtures. He was responsive when I reached out for a quote and upfront in giving us an estimated start date about two months out. Though Michael had to push back the start date by three days, he stuck to his estimated timeframe of two weeks. He and his employee worked diligently during those two weeks, arriving at 8am and working until 5pm. They were respectful of our space, keeping workspace as clean as can be expected during the process and cleaning up when they were finished. Michael and his team are excellent at tile work and painting. I could not be more impressed with how the tile turned out. Perhaps due to the speed at which they were working, there were issues with the insulation with one of the vanities and a couple of the fixtures. I addressed my concerns with Michael and he was quick to address these issues. Overall, Michael is responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Service: Remodelling

I am still in awe of how beautiful our new home is thanks to Michael and his team. I don't know where to begin! We bought a new condo at the beginning of April and hired Michael to do a complete gut and remodel of the master bathroom and updates in the kitchen. Starting with the basics, Michael is extremely responsive, polite and professional. I received quotes less than 24 hours after discussing projects, and work started 1-2 days after I signed the quote. Michael and his team have to be the hardest working contractors in Chicago. They showed up every single day, usually as early as 8am, and spent multiple weekends working on our home. I had a dream of completing the renovations by the time we moved in, and all other contractors I spoke to told me it couldn't happen that quickly and not on my budget. Michael met both my time and cost expectations and delivered a result FAR beyond my expectations. Multiple times, Michael went above and beyond what would be expected of a contractor. He drove to pick up tiles in Franklin Park, purchased paint for me, and made numerous Home Depot trips for hardware and other items. This was my first time doing a renovation, and Michael was patient and flexible. I texted him about things daily, and he responded promptly every time. He saved every single receipt for me to review at the end and even pointed out that he over-charged me by $600 on my final quote and remedied the error (which I would not have noticed on my own). The team is incredibly honest and genuine and delivered an absolutely beautiful final product. I ordered quartz for both the bathroom and kitchen through Michael, and he had a ton of samples for me to choose from and coordinated the entire process. I also ordered glass for the shower door through Michael, and he had a wonderful third-party glass company install the panels. I really cannot say enough good things. The tile work is stunning and I am so grateful we found Michael to make our new condo feel like our home. I 100% recommend Michael Remodeling and will be using him for all future projects - however, I have a feeling he is going to be booked up for years in advance once the word spreads about how awesome these guys are. We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the project that Michael and team completed. We had the wild idea of turning a closet into a bathroom to create a guest suite, and they brought that to life quickly and easily. Our project consisted of creating a brand new full bathroom (plumbing and all) out of a closet, then rebuilding a new closet in the guest room, plus updating all of the tile in a separate bathroom. They completed the project faster than expected, communication and estimate were clear along the way, and the team was clean, respectful, punctual, responsive and extremely hard working. They cleaned up after each day and made the process smooth and easy for us.
