I couldn't be happier. I wish I cite name more names but Peggy and everyone we have interacted with have been top shelf gold standard including turnaround on forms (red tape) for VA assistance. Peggy originally provided the lead for a VA navigator to obtain aid. The facility is clean, no odors, in September I noticed some updates taking place (carpet). All positives, no negatives. After two months they have always gone above and beyond taking care of my mother-in-law.

Autumnwood is a lovely place and well staffed with caring people. Someone is always available to answer questions I have. The meals are excellent. My Dad settled in easily. Plus I have the peace of mind that he is safe yet still feels independent.

As a home care agency we've found Autumnwood Village to have the highest integrity. Their Resident Services Director is very professional and caring. The whole staff goes above and beyond to make their residents comfortable and meet their needs.

The staff is really sweet. The only problem is they can't assist the residents who live there. They can't even put a bandaid on a resident. I don't feel like Autumnwood should be listed as assisted living. The prices should also be adjusted since they can't assist the residents who live there.
