Subway - Closed

Chris the worker was absolutley awesome. He was the only worker there. He had about 7 online orders and 3 people in the store including myself. I had already been waiting 30min. But when he called his manager to ask for help she said the only helper is at a cookout and he would have to handle it. When I finally got my sandwiches i had waited 1 hour and 15min. I didnt get any discount for waiting. Chris continued to apologize but it was not his fault. He worked his butt off even when he reached out for help and was denied that help. Chris needs a raise and a new manager. A manager that will go in if they cant find someone else to go. There should really be 2 workers at all times just incase they get backed up like today. I'm very disappointed but not with chris.

Quick service and polite staff who will actively engage in genuine conversation with customers. Good food, but the staff really made the experience worthwhile.

Subway on wabash Avenue won't hire you. They told me to come in the day before and I went in and they didn't need me. They could have at least told me the day before that they didn't need me. Bad people. False advertising.
