James and Stone Realty are hands down the best PM team I've ever dealt with (and that's saying a lot because I work for one). I am an out-of-state investor and James has made the entire process--from property acquisition to repairs to filling the units--as seamless as possible. His team of contractors are quick and quality work at a fair price. James is available to answer questions at any time and even managed to make time for us while he was on vacation. His customer service to both his landlords and his tenants is superb. Because of James and SRPM, my business partner and I have decided to stop looking for new areas to grow our business but focus on Terre Haute and the surround areas James manages.

I originally wrote a 2-star review, but I’m amazed at how fast James Stone got back with me. In less than an hour, he responded to my review and we spoke on the phone. He took ownership of the issues that he inherited at this property and I am comfortable stating that I truly believe he cares about his tenants and his properties. He is a very reasonable man and I’m impressed at the moment! Thank you!! **Update** Stone Realty has definitely earned 5/5 stars from me. After bringing the issues with my home to light, James got his team on top of things. In less than a week, we now have a new roof (almost, they’re finishing now), security has been enhanced, appliances replaced, and issues fixed. James has stayed in contact with me and followed up on the progress. He even stopped by to make sure the work was getting done and to introduce himself. If that isn’t good character and business ethics, then I don’t know what is. Great job Stone Realty!

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Stone so far. I am an out of state investor, so having a local team I know I can trust is critical. So far we have used them to help us monitor and complete a home rehab, and then place a tenet upon completion. They landed a quality tenet almost immediately. We are currently working through 3 large renovations and they have been there every step of the way to assist in contacting and resigning existing tenets, as well as to provide support and guidance as we planned out our scope of work. They are timely, direct and professional. Their fee structure is extremely reasonable, and the back end reporting they provide is excellent as well. My partner and I look forward to continuing to grow with their team.
