We recently used this business to repair a leaking toilet. We explained that we had already replaced the wax ring and thought we had the leak fixed, but it had started leaking again. First, I give 5 stars for how quickly they were able to respond. We called on a Friday and they scheduled the service call for Monday. During the conversation, we were told the service call would be $89. Nothing was mentioned that there would be another separate charge for the actual work performed. They ended up replacing the wax ring because our DIY repair was not done correctly. The final bill was $300+! To replace a wax ring! We inquired about the total charge and were told the $89 charge is just a service fee (to get them there) and that they have a flat rate charge for doing toilets. That information would have been helpful when we scheduled the service because it was for a single mom on a tight budget and we would have tried to find something more reasonable for her. Needless to say, when she was presented the bill, she was not expecting it to be that much. I'm not leaving a review for bad service, just information to help someone else know what to expect upfront since the information is not offered beforehand. Service: Toilet repair
