        Service tech replaced the refrigerator compressor and recharged the system. It started cooling then it made a hissing noise (like a leak) after the tech left. I waited 17 days for the first appointment and now it will be another 14 days before another tech can try and fix my refrigerator. One month waiting for repair service is unacceptable in my opinion!!!

        HORRIBLE! No receipt for the charges was given. Have called several times for one to be emailed, nothing. The technician scanned mom's check, but it has not cleared....so unsure what he did with the check!
