Service here is very poor and very unprofessional..waitn time after appointment is pathetic. Staff informed me ( on paper ) wrong appointment time 2 hav an echocardiogram at Union..Ill never go back 2 them

My daughter had a appointment scheduled there today and they called to inform me that they couldn't see her do to her insurance picking another doctor but that didn't stop them from seeing her the last time very unhappy about not to mention the doctor is always on vacation which is very unprofessional

I had a “virtual doctor’s appointment” with Dr. Bhutani and Nurse Practioner, on June 2,2020, to review my CPAP. Everything was fine, and I was informed my prescription with Williams Brothers Pharmacy would be renewed. Fast forward to 11/19/20, and I am out of CPAP supplies, due to Dr.’s office not refilling prescription. In talking with Pharmacy refill store, I was told that they have more issues with this Dr.’s office, than any other clinic. I left voice mail on 11/18 and 11/19, trying to talk with someone, and asking them to call to confirm refill of prescription, they didn’t. Unable to talk with anyone, kept going to voice mail, on 11/19, I called back and went into scheduling, so I could speak with a person. She run down someone in pulmonary, that I could talk to. I explained situation, and expressed my frustration at them for not doing their job. At this moment, I still don’t know if prescription has been refilled, as the nurse seemed less than sympathetic with my situation.
