        I ordered in March and never received my order. I tried emailing and no response. The chat says no one is available right now. I want my money back.

        Very disappointed in this company right now. Formerly, I always had great experiences. Lately, it has been completely a mess. Phone lines never get answered and send you to the website. The website email system sends messages saying to contact the Live Chat. The Live Chat is never in service and asks you to use the phone. A complete run-around right now where it is set up so that you can not get thru to the company in any form. Very disappointed to see what used to be a great company fall apart like this.

        If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company has seriously fallen off. I have been on hold for over three hours to get an answer about an order that me and my secretary have emailed about 5 times now with no response. The last time I was on hold with them about this order it was a two hour wait. No one answers the emails, the chat is never available, and I feel like the phone is just ringing and ringing in some abandoned building somewhere. I am about two seconds away from filing something with the BBB. Yes, covid sucks, but you need to figure this out or stop taking orders. It's really simple. Never using this company again.
