I figured they would delete/ report my previous review, so here it goes again! Do they have anything less than a star?! My dad had a huge dumpster dropped off at his house on a Monday. On Wednesday, I noticed that the back dumpster door did not open all of the way because the driver placed the dumpster too close to the house! Mind you he paid for 10 days which is not cheap! I called the 800 number and spoke to Kara. I got absolutely nowhere with her beside her asking me why I called on Wednesday, instead of Tuesday, which would have been 24 hours. She also said that we would be charged $95 for them to come out and move the dumpster away from the house, which should have been done in the first place! WHY DIDN’T YOUR COMPANY DRIVER MAKE SURE that we could fully use the dumpster before they left?! This company absolutely floors me! I got more excuses from this company than blades of grass in my parents yard! They still never came out and moved it even though we spoke to the manager later. Terrible company!! No apologies and no solutions, just excuses. Read these reviews before thinking about doing business with them. It will save you a lot of money! There customer service is trash. Never again!!

Called to get an estimate on picking up a mattress and box springs. 130 dollars! I've been a customer for several years. Prices keep going up. So I'll be looking for a new company.

They completely forgot to pick up my trash on Friday. Called to find out why and they could not contact the driver to get an answer. Was told they would call back Monday with a status and never heard from them. Called again to see when our trash was going to be picked up and was told it wasn't picked up because our neighbor didn't have their bin out. What does that have to do with my trash? I was told it will be picked up by Friday which is a week later. Very poor customer service. Also, after speaking to multiple neighbors, I found out we pay more than them. This company is shady and you will get what you pay for.
