Been a member since 1967. Teachers Credit Union stopped being the place I could depend on for the best rates and service well before Everwise came along.......and Everwise hasn't improved it at all....I am looking to move my business elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with pretty much any business ever. I cannot believe how hard everything was with this bank everytime. No one answers the phone, no one follows up, no one cares. Everything takes forever and no body is accountable for anything. Cards are not issued on time, they get flagged for fraud CONSTANTLY. Couldn't help my new bank get my car payments transferred over (until a month later) I would not recommend them to anyone. No wonder you got bought out. Everwise still sucks just as bad. Do not use this bank.

Called day before to ask if they cash savings bonds. I informed the teller on the phone that I utilize shared branching at that location.
She replied yes we do, all you have to do is fill out the section on the back before you come up to a teller and have that part done.
Showed up today to cash my bonds and was told no sorry you have to be a member
I called the day before and informed them I was not. Perhaps if your tellers were more worried about serving their customers and less about being slightly inconvenienced while waiting for customers to fill out slips my afternoon wouldnt have been wasted for no reason.
