Great hotel. Although if you stay on front side, truck traffic on road is loud. Otherwise great stay.

As other people complain about the noise, and feeling like youre next to racetrack, it could not agree more. Checked in 6 hours ago after 5 hour drive to get here, I fell asleep quickly. But I was woken up twice from vibration and loud noise every time semi or bike drive by. Now it 3:38am and Im wide awake! Went down hour ago to front desk hoping to change the room to opposite site, but no rooms are available. Looks like from reviews I read, opposite side of my room is reasonably quiet. Im currently in room 304 so if you ask for odd number room, you probably will avoid noise pollution problems. How can Holiday Inn Express thinks even sleeping with ear plugs and you still hear the noise and feel the vibration is acceptable is dumbfounded. At least front desk should warn their customers potential noise problem for even number rooms.

While the place was extremely comfortable and quiet and a great place to stay...in-room maintenance issues were uncorrected after 2 days.

Got to Hotel. Gave us the key. Walked in on people. They had overbooked (girl tried to lie) told us she didn't know. But talking to the housekeeper found out she did it. Left us standing for 30 min. Nowhere to sit due to a basketball team being there. I kept asking what was going on, and she kept saying 2 min. A guest came to complain about their room being nasty. So she gave them a new room? But we had been there for 30 min and told they had to find a room. Called GM, and he came. Offered no compensation for issue. Said they had us a room. Most likely nasty tore up room lady complained about. Told to refund money. Girl said she did. Asked for a cancellation email. GM tried to find it, and she said I haven't done it yet? After being caught in another lie, if I hadn't made them give me a receipt, there would not have been a refund. Money is out of my account physically. He kept arguing it wasn't even after showing him. I love Holiday Inn, but this one overbooks and tries to force you to stay and said, Did you want a room or not (most likely the one complained about). Thought we were in for NBA allstars. Not knowing we were just doing a weekend get away. We didnt have to stay. Sorry, buddy lost 200.00.
