Went yesterday to this location 1st time. Was slow, and other than a family who was alreading eating, I was the only person inside ordering. They do not glove up preparing food, this bothers me. I did not get exactly what I ordered, and young girl with dark hair is not very nice, acts as though she doesn't want to be there. But food was good hence the 2 stats.

Went through drive thru to pick up online order. Guy had attitude cause he cant follow simple order details. They forgot my cheesecake and my salads. Worst $38 spent for two person meals. Tried to call and let them know about forgotten items but of course line rings busy or off hook. Worst fazolis' I've ever been to. Dont waste your time ppl

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and helped by a young, friendly lady named Abria tonight. She was super quick in getting our order out and correct, she even sat us down at our table with a big smile on her face! She gave the best customer service Ive ever had at this location! What a hard and excellent worker! Definitely will be returning thanks to how outstanding she was!

Do not go here after dark...bunch of kids working, and they do not want to work...young girl up front doesnt talk/greet, nothing. Goes to the back starts kissing with another young teen long curly hair should at least be wearing a hair net, food cold, breadsticks plain. Save yourself the trip! And I hope a manager reads this and does his job.

Got there around 18:30 on 4/7/2022. Was not busy and was able to place my order quickly and the gentleman at the register did a great job. I ordered a Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo meal with extra chicken and added broccoli. Was told they were out of coke and that they did not have enough chicken prepped but could cook some fresh unless I wanted to sub breaded chicken. I told him I would wait for the fresh chicken. After 10 mins he bought me out my meal and even gave me extra bread sticks for the wait. So far so good. 15 Mins later when I get home and try to dive in to the fatty goodness I start to cut the chicken into smaller portions and realize that 80% of the chicken is raw and has now ruined the whole meal. OK Ill call to let them know and have it replaced in the future. 18 hrs and 24 calls later, not embellishing, still can not get through on the number provided per the website. Very disappointing since I used to stop by at least 2/ month but had stopped due to bad service about 4 months ago. May want to look to see why there is a problem with the phones, do you need to pay the bill, update the number, or make sure the staff is not keeping it off the hook? I understand low staffing is an issue, I just want to get my cheap fatty goodness and chill.
