      image He would never update me on when court was. One time it was rescheduled and he never reached out to let me know so I drove all the way to court just to find out my case wasn't on the docket anymore! He also never responded to questions I would email with.

      image Paid for emergency custody hearing. He did NOT keep in touch, didn't notify us of court date/time, so it was missed. Had to reschedule on our own almost two weeks later and wouldn't even give a partial refund! This was an EMERGENCY issue! FAIL
