I really appreciate everyone here. The appointments are easy to make and create (online charts), no wait time, super friendly staff and Candace Shireman is incredible! I had been really depressed and in the dark with these headaches/migraines thinking they were sinus related and being jacked around at another facilitybut not here. She listened. We made a care plan, the RIGHT plan, and follow up, shes great!

Need a urinalysis, said there are no providers in the office and they cant fit me in for a week and a half. Just ridiculous.

I've never felt so strongly against someone to take the time to write a review, but Stacy L. Quinn was incredibly unprofessional while talking to my grandma who is a patient of hers. Her bedside manner was degrading and rude. After my grandma requested that her treatment be documented, Stacy's response was that she didn't need to be told how to do her job. My grandma is almost 85 and can come across very direct, but this was the second appointment in a row where Stacy came across as if she could care less about my grandma's well being. Her office also waited 6 days before getting my grandma seen for a suspected UTI which can quickly become dangerous in elderly. After waiting to be seen for 30 minutes, Stacy took 3 minutes of her time to make derogatory comments toward her patient.

Robertson is top notch. She is always very thorough and really cares about who she is treating. She is straight forward and really listens to what is going on. I have seen Stacy Quinn as well and so has my husband and she is just fantastic as well. There isn't enough good things I can say about this practice. I have recently started having chronic health conditions and chronic pain after having my 4th child, and I feel very cared about from Kim Robertson. She has been helping me any way she can to figure this out. She was also more supportive through my entire pregnancy than my OB I had during that time. I have been going here for about three years now and travel over a half hour to do so. Everyone that works in this office is great and you feel like they really care. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my primary care.
