I bought a dollhouse from their little discount store section off of market place. The dollhouse came missing over 16 different pieces , and 3 pieces to the actual house. I drove an hour and 10 minutes to get this when I told it was brand new in the box! No it wasnt. Everything was damaged and opened and there was Christmas wrapping paper in the bottom. I called the owner and she said I could come get my money back or exchange it for another one that was probably missing stuff as well. By the time I drove out there to return it I would have spent that just in gas. And Im sure they would have re taped the box and sold it to another person and ruined their day. Keep in mind the lady made me hand her my money without even getting to see anything and made the boys load it into the car. The pieces had ripped though the box and was hanging out! This is ridiculous
