        I have had Allstate for some years now. I bought a new vehicle and switched over full coverage. The agent asked me if I wanted all the same things from my last policy. I said of course. Little did I know he did not add the roadside assistance along with everything else. Found that out the hard way. On the roadside. I got some money back from the good driving rewards. They added it to my policy. I continue to pay the monthly payment as if I didnt get the money. A couple of months passed then my bill went up $30 for no reason? I have had no luck reaching the Schererville office. I have left messages and now my insurance has gone up $100. This is bogus.
