Jim Miskovich - State Farm Insurance Agent

Never had to do a claim. Always seemed nice on the phone. Spoke a few times on the phone with Jim. After dealing with him about 15 years and two houses just sent a dear John mass mailing last week. States he is retiring and here is your new agent without my choicing or knowing / apporval. Not cool. So now to transfer to someone Id rather deal with then a prepicked stranger I have to call the other agent and give my approval yet I never gave my approval for the transfer. Not cool again. Would have been nice to give me a a few days if not 30 days notice to just have all my personal information transfer to the agent of my choicing not someone I have no relations with. I give you 15 years and I don't even get a day.

Have been with State Farm for almost 60 years.. mostly been fair with all claims.
