        horrible experience yesterday I went here to get a implant removed and they fumbled around looking for things. Then when i told the assistant I couldn't use Epinephrine she acted upset with me because I didn't put in my chart. So she gave me a topical and then the shot ... I told her I was on Blood Pressure MEDS and AFIB she NEVER checked my Blood Pressure!!! Then he tried to force the implant out yikes and it didn't budge ... so now my Jaw is sore and I stopped him because I could feel everything. I will NEVER TO BACK HERE NEVER!!!! When I got home my Blood Pressure was so HIGH and I went into AFIB it was so scary ....

        Staff was very rude to me I took off work early to make appointment. I gave them my federal member id I had not received my card so I didnt know it was fep blue dental I thought it was blue cross blue shield. The receptionist new it was me when I walked in, and stated theyre saying you dont have coverage, and Im a whole federal employee. I had just had a long day drove 50 miles from work. Even when I told her it was fep blue she said it was not her job to find out what insurance I had. So I never got to see the dentist but this behavior must be acceptable in this office.
