Community Care Center

The medical care is very good.  They did additional testing and treated my problem accuracy and quickly.  There was a Wait but once in with medical staff it was great care.   I Have to commend The front desk staff that was registering A continue to flow of patients . Some are just to get a covid Test.  Some there for minor illnesses. some are there for real urgent care needs.  I think everyone needs to remember that if somebody walks in with chest pain shortness of breath. The baby was a croupy cough for a high fever. We're going to go in before you. I think it's amazing we can get medical care same day with out an appointment you just have to wait And  it is worth the wait

Zero. That's the highest rating So here I sit. I hurt my back and wanted to get it checked out.Went to immediate care to check in. I have been here years ago and sat here for hours after being told it would be about 20 minutes.The first question I asked is what is the waiting time and was told 30 minutes. So, after 2 hours I spotted one of the workers who came up and said how can I help you. I asked how much longer it would be and quietly explained that I've been here for over 2 hours. I was told that she had no idea and I was welcome to leave now if I feel like it. Oh my. Doesn't sound very professional to me. What happened to the nice nurses? It's like they just don't care. There is nobody waiting in the waiting room. It's now 4:11pm and I got here at 1:19 pm. This place sucks and the employees are absolutely not friendly. I will die before I return here. Sad!

Misdiagnosed bronchitis and rushed out of the facility. Thankfully we went somewhere else and got a correct one.

Dr Fasih is non responsive. He is rude and always seems annoyed. I dont recommend him.

The urgent care is amazing - they saved my dad's life when he had a heart attack. Each person in my family has been a patient here and we appreciate the late and weekend hours.
