I think I got a fish bone stuck in my throat and went here on my work lunch break to see if I could get some help with it because I've been vomiting like crazy, but was sent away immediately by the receptionist after explaining my situation.

I'd give them minus 5☆'s if I could, extremely disappointed, don't waste your time going here, they really don't care about you or your health conditions & will not even write half your medications aren't even sure where they will refer you, I explained everything about my medical conditions before making my appointment & was told how caring Nurse Craig was & that she would help me. She wouldn't even write medications my previous doctor was but changed my medication without writing a single prescription for me, yet told me she would have to refer me elsewhere for meds, but had no idea where, that I would need to talk to my insurance about that, which I did, my insurance stated that there was a doctor in the office & that HE SHOULD write the medications the nurse would not, my insurance had never heard of such stuff like what I was told here. Then the receptionist straight out lied to me about the doctor in the office saying he was not seeing new patients, IT SAYS ONLINE EVERYWHERE THAT HE IS TAKING NEW PATIENTS & I know for a FACT that he just took in 2 new patients, I guess they pick & choose the new patients. I didn't need to see the Doctor on a regular basis just to have him to do the medications the nurse would not, which was exactly what the nurse at my insurance told me they SHOULD do, now I am stuck finding another doctor. Sad that only patients who sell their medications can get them written by a regular physician & those who really need them can't even get in to see the doctor, you get pushed off on a nurse who doesn't care. Even a patient who talked to me in the waiting room here discouraged me & told me prior to even seeing the nurse for my first appointment, that the nurse would not help me & I never even mentioned my medical conditions to this patient, she stated she was only going there until she could find another doctor, that Nurse Craig would not help her, kind of strange I had the exact same experience. How sad are times we live in.
