Thats what youll get going to Advance America. Hannah, Victoria, Tracy and Laura are all wonderful to work with. Thank you for the exceptional customer service.

So their in store customer service is great. They are super nice and all around great to work with. However the 1-800 number you have to call to pay online is just ridiculous. Sitting on hold currently for 42 minutes and have yet to even talk to a real person .. So their online and phone service is a joke.

Shawn is the most polite customer service rep I have ever met. Genuinely cares about each customer and how they are doing. Give this man a raise.
