I was given a date but no time could be given... the day came and I waited a few hours before calling and was told they couldn't come out and next available date was a week later, I had already waited a week... canceled my appointment and won't be recommending to anyone

They showed up over a half hour late. I had to call to find out where they were. They treated the inside and outside of my home. Everyday since treatment I kept finding more insects. I called within a month of service to inform them. They put me on the schedule for the earliest they would be in my area. Returned late again. I asked if there was a fee and was told it would be half the price. I explained they were just here and it didn’t work. He advised me to call the office and speak to Tammy. Tammy said she couldn’t authorize and fee reduction. Told me to send her guy back with the ticket. I asked your not going to spray or anything and she said she didn’t have the authority. She was rude and argumentative and not willing to listen to the customer. Don’t waste your time. I called back and wasn’t afforded the chance to talk to the owner when I called and asked. Tammy wanted to argue more with be and said they weren’t coming to Winchester for free. Don’t do business so far away if you can’t provide good customer service. I gave up 2 hours work to be back home on time to meet them. Services: Spiders, Ants

After seeing a mouse we called All Pest they were booked up a couple days. So we went with another company who charged almost double and it was a terrible experience not worth speaking of... however Andy at All Pest stopped by and heard how the other company handled everything and what they did and fixed their problem educated us and didn't charge a dime. We will be using All Pest from now on even if we have to wait a day or two. We learned our mistake and words can't express how grateful we are that Andy stopped out any ways. He just earned a customer for a lifetime going forward. You can certainly count on Andy and his team to do a SAFE EFFECTIVE JOB. Which means a lot when you have a wife and little children.
