        One of the worst places to have hot pot in Richmond. Cannot believe it is still here. Take your money and go to other places. Don't waste your money here for your own sake. Disappointing service, not sure if staff understands English well to communicate, need to keep calling for service, never got some items even though we paid for 3 adult all you can buffets. Noticed kitchen dirty on the way to use washrooms. Poor, poor, poor all around!!!
