Illiana Basement Waterproofing

It's been nearly 5-6 years now since we last had water and had Illiana Basement Waterproofing & foundation support repair our leak from a foundation wall. I called them back due to a small leak that was just starting. The Leaky Professor and a crew of 4 workers came out the same day. They re-dug the foundation - resealled over 20 feet X 4 feet of foundation, set new drain tile and down spout catch basins and set up dimple board and all new fill, sand and stone. They informed me that it was part of their warrentee to repair a leak that returns.... It's amaizing to still be able to find honest companies that stand behind their service and warrantee. Workers were here for 3 days and even worked in the rain. They were neet, respectful, very knowledgable and empathetic to our needs. Work site was clean of debre and even cleaned up our sidewalk better then we had it. We highly recomend the Leaky Professor and Illiana Waterproffing.

Contacted Illiana Waterproofing about three years ago. Great workmanship, professionalism, service and value.... I have had them personally contact us since the repair - during the rainy season - every year. They follow up to assure that we are satisfied and all issues continue to be resolved---who does that anymore!. This company is extremely knowledgeable and was extremely professional, polite, and cut no corners or cost to provide top quality workmanship. We had 7 Bids. They offered more for considerably less. We are so glad they did our work. They cleaned up the work sight daily. Their workers were extremely diligent, well mannered and hard working. We have noticed that there are people who have given 1 star evaluations.... Beware of these people. They one star bomb and run without ever doing business with a company. Often they are competitors or someone that has an unrelated AX to grind. Unfortunately, they cannot be caught or challenged....They hide behind a keyboard and do damage to good companies...Beware of these malicious scammers. We are real customers, that had real issues and had them resolved permanently. We gave 5 stars, but would give 5 more to this company. Our water problem was significant and the bids enormous. Illiana saved us thousands and got it corrected the first time. We highly recommend Illiana.
