It’s sad this young man walked away from his agency to pursue other opportunities. I don’t think any of is truly appreciated just how knowledgeable Jeremiah was and how well he trained his team. This place was not kind to him or his children.

I must say I have never experienced personal service with auto insurance like I did this weekend when reaching Jeremiah on the weekend in his cell! He dropped what he was doing and got me a competitive quote on a car I was buying and wrapped it up in just a few mins. I was not able to reach my old agent nor did I have his cell. Jeremiah had all that online and answered in a Saturday!!!!

Tried getting new rates for a car I purchased rates seemed high to me so I called a buddy who works in this field and he got me a good deal. No issues until I email Jeremiah directly and asked him to cancel our policy and that we have gone a different direction. 2 weeks later I am still charged for the policy and it was NEVER canceled! I have called the office several times and it goes to a call center. I have emailed several times and no replies...
