I usually dont leave bad reviews but Im very disappointed at the moment. I called Deweys to schedule a simple muffler delete and scheduled for 8am on a Friday. I was told I could wait on it as it wouldnt take very long. My wife and I made the half hour drive only to find the door locked. We waited a few minutes and then called him only to be told he wont be able to do it today. He said he was unable to finish a job that was inside and couldnt get a part so he couldnt even pull the car out to get us in. I find it funny that the sign in the window says appointments only and yet you make an appointment and get stood up. A simple phone call the night before would have been all that was needed. Again, Im sure they do great work for good prices, but terrible business. Wont be going back.
