Top notch service, I had 1st Choice Inspection do two inspections for us while we were looking to buy a home. The first house he was able to identify severe foundation issues, saving us from a huge regret in purchasing that home. The second house, he informed us that he had inspected the house previously, and was able to tell us issues that were solved in the past and what to look out for. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.
