It is, seriously, one of my favorite burgers and now that I am an alumnus, I look forward to having it anytime I return to ND. Overindulge in this delight and add a fried egg to your next burger, and the magic that you will experience in your mouth will enchant you. I should not forget the nontrivial role of the smash sauce, that adds further moisture and flavor.
