Facts only: Brian over charges and is NOT honest. Think over $200/hour and 5x material mark up. His rep misrepresented the pump being installed to justify the overcharge. During credit card dispute, rather than him trying to resolve it, we caught Brian on the property tearing out the system by cutting electrical wires and PVC to take his pump back. After documenting with local authorities, pump, wiring and plumbing was replaced at about 1/5th of the cost.

I called today for information about a septic installation. Brian was very helpful and incredibly sweet. I appreciate how personable and willing to help he was. I can't speak for work he's done but the level he goes to in helping a stranger speaks volumes about him.

Very dishonest owner, Brian. Has lied for years now about fixing past work that they did that was never done right in the first place. Companies like this need held accountable. I now have to retain a lawyer and file for further damages. You're rolling the dice with this company and owner.

-- Brian Baker has spent the last 30 years doing this work, so he pretty much knows what works and what doesn't. Above all else he is honest, so keeps his word and is fair in his pricing. On top of that he has high standards, so things are done right and look good when the job is finished. He has done various projects for me over the years and things have always come out fine.
