I have a funeral to attend this week walked in looking for a suit walked around nobody would assist me while they all chatted in the corner in the back yes the bell chimed on the door when I entered no one even acknowledged my presence after a few minutes I left that kind of service i will spend my money elsewhere try to help local and reminds me why I do so much internet purchasing I can be ignored over the computer and not care thanks for nothing

1. Rude: Suggested my boyfriend and I check out shoes at a cheaper store based on our appearance. 2. Very Pushy: As he tried on shoes, the salesman steamrolled my boyfriend on his shoe size, from him being his 10.5, to an 11, then eventually conceding that he was a 10.5 3. Steamrolling: The salesman seamlessly decided which pair of shoes my boyfriend was going to buy, told him that he would have to have them shipped to him cause they didn't have them in his size. Without asking him liked them enough to purchase them. 4. Rude Again: Upon noticing the discomfort my boyfriend was in, he wasn't sure he wanted to buy the shoes, I suggested we might look at another store and come back the salesman essentially told me to shut up and asked why I was there. 5. Sold us an entirely different pair of shoes than we discussed: Upon returning to order the shoes we liked and talked about, the salesman then pulled a pair from the back and sold them to us. An hour before we were going to order the shoes to be delivered because they did not have the desired size in the desired style. Now were being sold a different style, at a different unmentioned price, in-store. The salesman knew this as he added an additional 10% discount to hide the original price difference. 6. By the time we left, we had shoes. Not the shoes we wanted, not the shoes we had discussed with the salesman, not the shoes we were led to believe we were even buying. I will probably be returning them, speaking to a manager, and purchasing the one's I want from another location just because this salesperson was UNBELIEVABLE.
