I was asked to contact this guy about my hot water heater from my home warranty company (Cinch). I contacted him on early on Tuesday he said, call me at 1pm tomorrow, I will try to get someone out. I called him at 1pm on Tuesday, he asked me to send pictures which I did immediately. He did not call me back so I called him on Wed, he said, he might be able to get someone out today, but started giving me the run-around about how, if he couldn't make it today, he probably wouldn't be able to make it Friday either. I never raised my voice, I just said, I am going on 3 days now without hot water and he immediately said, call your home warranty company, if you are going to be difficult, I am not coming at all. Completely unprofessional.

DON RICE CONSTRUCTION was dispatched for home insurance claim. They never called, never showed. We called them and spoke to them about getting someone out, and they said the claim had been canceled, but if we still wanted them to come out they would come out if they had time tomorrow but to wait on a call. They never called back never showed up. When we tried to call back they answered but then hung up on us. No return calls. We also contacted our insurance company and the claim has not been canceledWe have reported to the BBB.

The service provider, Jack, was courteous, knowledgeable and capable. He remedied a plumbing problem another company was unable to resolve. Highly satisfied with their services.
