Dr. William Downie did not only display the high degree of expertise. He very patient friendly, helped me understand the procedure and why it was necessary. I would highly recomend him not only as your personal Doctor but your family Doctor.

He took my money, I put a down payment for braces, went to my first appointment, he didnt show up, it wasn’t open at all, we rescheduled and again he didn’t show up, I asked for my money back and he said I’ll get it by the end of the month, I asked him a couple days before the end of the month if he had the money... no response, 2 days later again no response, I’m taking legal action and suing him.

This guy is a thief. He put braces on my sons teeth and we attempted to make appointments time after time. We actually had to go to another orthodontist when we got their the Dr was disgusted by the work. Wrong brackets, wrong brackets on the wrong teeth. Pieces missing. The new Dr was so upset by what he had done he had to leave the room. Now we are left with having to pay for everything all over. RUN. Do not let this Dr touch you or anyone you know.

I’m definitely not one to post reviews - ever, but I thought this was necessary. I started coming to DFD when Dr. Paul Downie was practicing. He was WONDERFUL. Unfortunately, I have had quite the opposite experience with Dr. Will. He performed two root canals in the past few years. Both crowns fell off, but were reattached. My parents paid thousands of dollars for each. Long story short, I got married and moved away. I just saw a different dentist this week and he showed me my x-rays. Under both crowns there is still SIGNIFICANT INFECTION. NONE of the canals were properly filled. The new dentist said the crowns DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY. I now have to pay 7,000+ dollars to get implants to replace the teeth. I am so sad for Dr. Paul because he ran the business with such humility, kindness, and HONESTY. Regardless of the bad reviews and changes that came when Dr. Will took over, I stuck it out. I gave him a shot. Much to my disappointment, he did not rise to the occasion.
