One star is really too generous. Completely unethical and unprofessional behavior. I am a school professional and was subpoenaed to testify in a custody hearing. Was not told ahead of time what I would be testifying to. I had very little contact with her client or the child in question quite honestly.
Upon arrival at Corthouse, I was asked about a conversation that I, and one other person had with her client a year earlier. I told Ms. Lang I didn't recall details from such a conversation and was told by Ms. Lang to "just have a seat and maybe I'll REMEMBER to call you to testify". Her tone and body language made it very clear that she was going to inconvenience me for my lack of recollection. I was appalled by the way I was treated.
I sat on the bench at the Courthouse from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. I was never called to testify. Every time I approached her, she was rude and unprofessional in her demeanor and response towards me. I was 9 months pregnant at the time.
I wouldn't refer her to my worst enemy. Even her assistant expressed her embarrassment and apologies.
