        Im sooo Disappointed over @ South Holland dont give me wrong, I like South Holland keep mine I know ppl live out there that Bank over there give me & hard time tying to close my Decease mother , I had her INFO& they cannot help me @ all RIP Mommy they cannot help me over there @ 63 E ,St, South Holland ,IL 60574

        The staff at this bank, and this branch, are outstanding at customer service and helping the small businesses in a community. Many people work hard, but I am convinced than what staff here do is beyond working hard - it's a genuine commitment to help.

        Just made a deposit there and the girl with dreads doesnt say anything. No hi, no smile. Nothing. I said hi and still no emotion. Had a personality of a shoe. She then gives me my cash back and doesnt give me an envelope. I feel like every time I go to any location, mostly the woman, who come to the window always have an attitude. The bank is great overall but seems like you really need to train your employees on how to treat customers. We all have bad days but fake a smile, its not hard.
