I would not recommend Hiron's Driving Academy in Muncie. Steve was a great driving instructor but Jerry has zero cutomer service skills and is extremly condesending. You would think that for the money that you pay he would be a lot more helpful but nope not Jerry he tells you to call between 1-5pm during office hours and he doesn't answer the phone. You send him the online paperwork that he needs and he claims he never got even though you have confirmation. If any issues come up it is never his fault and if you have questions he makes you feel stupid for asking. Look elsewhere!
