Iâ€™ve had my business account with them for a few months and this is the worst bank ever! I called to speak to the â€œmanagerâ€ Rhea to get things sorted out on my account. She was extremely rude from the moment she got on the phone- she was condescending and her tone just put me off completely- the worst customer service Iâ€™ve ever encountered. She wasnâ€™t willing on helping me out at all- so when I asked to speak with whom ever was above her she screamed â€œSHEâ€™S ON VACATION!! Iâ€™M NOT GIVING YOU HER PHONE NUMBER!!!â€
There are SO MANY choices when it comes to banks- donâ€™t bank here- Iâ€™ll be taking my business elsewhere.
