Where do I even start. We got there and were greeted promptly. We met with our sales rep, Chuck Gifford, and he was awesome! He was kind, courteous, patient, and overall just an awesome person to talk to. The whole experience was just incredible! Would go back to Kia of Muncie in a heartbeat and they certainly will take care of you! Cannot recommend this dealership enough!

By far the least stressful and easiest vehicle purchase ever. We worked with Lucas for 7 months while awaiting the arrival of our Telluride. He was cordial, super responsive, had a great sense of humor, and made us feel well taken care of all throughout the process. I see horror stories of others not getting updates from their dealership during the ordering/waiting process, and there was never a time that we felt that way. We were always kept up to date. Since so many order from you, hopefully you will get more allocations so that your wait time will diminish for orders in the future. We worked with Kyle in Finance who also made us feel right at home, and transparent information made us feel safe throughout the process. We drove 5 hours each way to do business with your dealership, and would do it all over again. Thanks for making this process painless!!
I want to update as of 11/19/21. My paperwork was received at the DMV this week, and they were elated at how nicely all of the paperwork was done by Kim Royce. They told me everyone should buy a car from you juat by the fantastic presentation of the paperwork. A great experience from start to finish!!
