I had a problem, I applied do-it-yourself and failed. I got a referral to professional fixers from Furniture Row. They came to my home, when they said they would. They solved my problem. Their speed and professionalism was outstanding. Their slogans are accurate, more can be added. Back to New, is what they Do. They work Fast, and Good it Lasts. Service is what they Sell. Challenge to you or me, Rapidly fixable by them.

I dont care what the customer does or says the owner should never be as rude as what he was today with my husband and I this morning. Maybe he needs to speak up so my husband can hear him when he talks to you. Also when a customer is trying to talk to you maybe you should look up and acknowledge when the customer is talking to you... I would never suggest anybody doing business with this man. Very bad customer service. When you have warranty and you send pictures and your furniture place has said that it is under warranty and this furniture matters place doesnt say anything about it costing one shouldnt start working and then tell the customer it isnt covered and you are now going to have to pay if you dont have an extended warranty when we in fact called in the warranty time.
