I had an issue with two of my AC units at my rental properties. Tony Williams was a master technician and provided some of the best customer service Ive had in South Bend. Kara Hasty was exceptional at setting up the appointment and took care of any questions or concerns. few techs in town would have handled this better than Tony did. His communication was excellent, I have been in the game for 25 years and have seen it all. Definitely recommend this firm if you are in need of property management

Chelsea Klimek is an awful person and instead of trying to work with people with a payment plan, instead harasses them even though they've been laid off. Cressy has not made any efforts to fix the stone that they are charging dues for at all. Poor company and poor customer service.
