We bought our wedding rings here... If you go here ask for Stephanie Teeter, she's very knowledgeable and thorough, she thinks outside of the box. I really felt that what I wanted mattered to her and she didn’t try to talk me into what I didn’t want. She offered solutions when I came to an impasse. She can sometimes come off as cold but she’s actually very easy and nice to deal with.

Terrible experience at FMJ at UP Mall in Mishawaka,IN. I was "helped" by the store manager, Leslie. She signed up for one of the in-store credit accounts after I specifically told her I was NOT interested in opening another credit line. Nevertheless, she took my information and stated that she was "going to see what I'd be approved for." She quickly told me a quantity, and again I clarified that I did not want a new credit line. She stated that she had not opened it and continued to pressure me to buy "You have the rings she wants, you have the money, all you need to say is yes, and it's all taken care of." I told her I'd come back (I'm conservative about these things and I wanted to purchase a ring without my girlfriend there. A week later, I get a notice in the mail notifying me that of my new account. I was livid. I went back to the store and spoke to Leslie again, who rudely informed me, "No, you did open a new account. You must have not listened well. There was a lot going on. Your brother or some little kid kept running around." Very rude and unhelpful, and oddly, they had complimented my son (the little boy with us) on his good behavior. Very disappointed by the dishonesty and manipulation at this store and now I have a brand new credit line (immediately closed) that'll bring down my credit score. Will never shop here again.
