We’ve had Joe out on 3 different occasions for washer, dryer and refrigerator. Each time Joe was on time, explained what needed to be done and did the work. He even troubleshooted with me over the phone on one occasion and we determined it was time to replace the dishwasher - no charge for the consult.

My experience with this company is that they are very unprofessional and rude. From the very first time I called this company they do not respond to calls in anything close to timely or just ignore it altogether. They do not provide any documentation when performing service and communication is very poor. My last interaction with them was June 2019 where they were called to repair my ice maker. Ice maker stopped working early July and I reported that, but did not get a response from them until September after many tries on my end. They said it was outside the 90 day warranty and to pound sand.
