So many small to medium sized tips that saved us thousands of dollars. We tallied it up after our long journey through the sales process. We were first time sellers and if we had listened even more closely to Brian at the beginning, we would have saved even more money. I've recommended him highly to everyone I know in the market.
Real estate agents don't do anything magical. If your house hasn't sold in six weeks lower the price. Two weeks later f it still hasn't shown, lower the price again, two more weeks later if it has shown but not sold, lower the price again.
Our buyer had no real estate agent and he guided both of us through the process while saving thousands.
