    Staff overall is very outgoing, patient and very friendly. I've worked with Latifah, Jennifer and Sam and these ladies are pure hearted and genuine women. They have made my experience here worth staying. I'm usually the one that move around if I didn't feel comfortable or if I could find something better. But this place has felt like home more than many other places that Ive resided. This complex is very quiet, peaceful and safe. I have never had any issues with any theft. Prices did go up alot but hey you get more amenities compared to other complexes in the surrounding area.

    We worked with Latifah to help schedule and coordinate the lease for my son and his roommate. She went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, the apartment was clean, everything was working. They got a great deal by taking one of the older apartments, however it is still nice. Thank you Latifah for making this experience wonderful. You're a gem!

    I paid my Rent at the beginning of January during the week of the 6th and the following week there were freezing temperatures outside along with that my furnace stopped working causing no heat in the unit. Me and my children had to leave my unit because of the freezing temperatures it took them two weeks to fix my heat which I had to keep calling them to remind them to fix it. They finally fix the furnace and I bring my children back to the apartment towards the end of January and of course at this time Rent was due the following week I called the leasing office to see how I was going to be compensated for me not living in my unit for basically the month of January and I was told the property manager doesnt do things like that and to have a nice day.
