Claims to be "Luxury" But is not 100%. Some buildings are renovated and most are not, giving the impression of a motel 6 when entering. They started work with contractors in September of 2023 inside of units. Up until this date, work inside the unit has not been finished by contractors leaving a patch in the dry wall. Management and leasing consultants do not respond to any questions, comments, concerns, or complaints to this issue. Third of all, the valet trash is unrealistic & unreasonable. Typical families have more than 13 gallons of trash. This establishment has the habit of micromanaging the amount of trash families have as if a fee is not being paid monthly. You would think they have bigger issues to manage than trash. Perhaps, finding contractors to complete an unfinished job in multiple buildings and units would suffice.

Brickshire's office and maintenance staff are definitely a "5 Star" crew...always friendly, helpful and addresses questions or problems in a timely manner....great place to live!

The maintenance guy Chris did an awesome job showing up immediately and fixing both issues for me at Brickshire and Mallard Bay Apartments.
