Hi, William. I see that our staff made two separate attempts to leave you a phone message that our doctor would not be in the office on the date of your original follow up appointment (the date you left this review) but the phone number that we have for you is no longer in service. Staff double checked (as did I) that the number we have in our computer system is the same # that you wrote down on your initial New Patient paperwork and it is. You have seen Dr. Meade several times this year so I trust you have been happy with your medical care so far or else you would not have returned. I am sorry our staff was not able to get in touch with you to let you know of the change in schedule because your phone number is out of service (emergencies and schedule changes happen on our end too sometimes), but we don't believe that merits a one star review and a negative comment about our caring staff. Please call us if we can be of service to you again. If not, best of luck to you.

Hi, Ciara. I understand you were running late for your appointment today and called just before your appt. time to request a later time. You were told that a later time today would not be possible but you were still late to the appointment time that we designated for you. By the time you arrived, Dr. Grandfield had to see other patients on his schedule. Please give us a call if you'd like to reschedule that appointment for a time when you know you will not be late and we'd be happy to take care of you!
